Helpful and Caring Staff, Comfy rooms and Delicious Food!! ^v^

Firstly the staff were lovely. They were so caring and friendly, especially Biswajit who was so pleasant to talk to and especially helped us with vegetarian no eggs options for our breakfast. More on the breakfast, the spread was great and very filling. We didn’t feel any lack for anything. The mains for us as vegetarians were beans, mushroom(which were sooo good), tomatoes, vegetarian sausages(which were made on request and cooked very well) and parantha. Apart from that there was the other stuff like cornflakes(different types) yoghurt and fruits, juices and smoothies, Bread and spreads, bakery(can’t remember the names except croissant, damn French names) and hot drinks(the mix of the cafe latte was just right so kudos!) Please excuse my focus on food but it was just that good! xD. Moving on to the rooms, they were very comfortable, ours was a double bed and a twin and the rooms had everything we needed and the temperature throughout the night was consistent so no problems. Overall had a great experience :D

Good place to stay if in outskirts of Edinburgh

Great service and great servers! Good food fast!! Our bartenders Lewis and Jay were great!! If back in Scotland will come back…the only negative is carpet…wish they had no carpet….fast service and lots of choices…front desk was very helpful….

Unbelievably helpful and caring staff, particularly Nikki and Rebecca in the reception team, warm and friendly, made our stay very enjoyable, bar staff too, excellent service. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice, again, service was very good.

Great staff & comfy room. I prefer this type of hotel to a Travelodge or Premier Inn as it’s more personal. The bar was friendly & the breakfast was good. The hotel was spotlessly clean & given the quality of the breakfast I would have dinner here next time as the restaurant looked good.

Rooms very clean, Hotel slightly dated reception check in was easy enough Lewis was a great never failed to make us stop smiling great laugh and full of energy always up for a chat, food was great at dinner and breakfast was nice plenty of selection
