it is some hotel but not usual Novotel

This hotel is confusing with its ill-conceived interior design and the proud name "Novotel", although there is only a name from Novotel, despite the fact that this hotel has already seen life and problems, it still has problems with common sense service and technical equipment. To begin with, I booked both a high-comfort room and a transfer from the airport, as a result I had to take a taxi, to the question why there was no transfer and even an answer to my letter, they shrugged their shoulders saying that there were no cars, it was strange but you could write me a letter about it and not just keep silent. When trying to pay for a room, a citizen with cunning eyes still shoved a missing service into my account, which was not there, IT's WORTH CHECKING ALL THE BILLS AT THIS HOTEL THREE TIMES, very brazenly, for this in Russia you can get in the face, it's a pity that you relaxed a lot here. Now I live in a Deluxe apartments room - I have one outlet next to a large double bed but it does not work)) and this is the only outlet in this room)) there are about 4-5 outlets in the second room, but you will be very lucky if at least two will work) Now I am sitting and writing this text in the kitchen, it seems that this is normal for local residents... The super HI FI audio system, which is listed everywhere, does not have a wireless connection - that is, it is actually useless, because what tourist will go to the hotel with a set of wires to connect, and the equipment is practically not connected by wires everywhere there are wireless at least basic technologies. I do not recommend anyone to go here, everything is old and slightly smells of dampness - this is not a novotel and certainly not a 4* level hotel, while I was writing this short text, the Internet turned off 4 times, the microwave hidden inside the closet, there is no spoon for shoes and in general basic hygiene products that are scattered around the room in ordinary normal hotels. In this you will have to think carefully before you can find anything. And the cherry on the cake - it's +40 degrees outside, but if you leave your room, your air conditioner turns off and when you come back you get into a local hell. The only thing that pleases and warms the soul is that the native embassy is visible from the window)

I stayed in hotel for 3 days. Everything is very good. Especially the staff at the Spa are very friendly, Ms Han-receptionist. She supported my family very enthusiastically and thoughtfully. I will definitely choose Novotel hotel for my next trip. Thanks all...

I got facial massage from Thu Giang . She is so~~~~~ super duper excellent and nice. She is able to control her pressure very well so I could enjoy whole time. Here is so comfortable and calm. Also, it is very silent. I felt perfect happy. I strongly recommend everyone.

I was there for Saturday Buffet, it was amazing. Food was good, abundant and staffs also nice. They tried the best to accommodate us, especially Mr.Lai manager. He is so sweet and help us to arrange really great table for my friends birthday. Next morning, for breakfast was amazing. Shout out Mr.Khanh, who brings the soul Novotel to customer. Great manager ever. When check out, lobby was busy, but Mr.Thien quickly support me luggage and bags, left good expression to me. Be a member for Accor, Im more than happy here. I will be back for sure. thank you
