Great location, in the heart of Moscow, set a short distance of Red Square and theaters, really nice and clean rooms, free wifi, spa facilities, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All the people are incredibly helpful, friendly and generous with their time, help and advice. Breakfast was pretty good with different choice.

مراتب السرير والوسائد جدا متعبه -الخدمه بطيئة جدا- اسعار الخدمه نرتفعه جدا جدا -عربية نقل الشنط قليلة جدا حيث تاخرت اجراءات الخروج

My son & I travelled to Russia from the UK and stayed for 11 nights at Mercure Moscow Paveletskaya between 17th February 2022 & 2nd March 2022 (3 nights in Adagio) and what a fantastic hotel, from the location, to the rooms to the breakfast but MOST of all to the staff who were extremely professional, helpful, courteous, friendly & just overall amazing. A big and special thankyou especially to the following members of the team:- Arina & Dmitmi (Duty Managers) who helped immensely to solve a few issues. Regina, Valentina & Alexandra (Reception Desk) Sergey (Night Manager) These individuals are a credit to the hotel, it's brand and the company and should be recognised for their exceptional service. Stayed here for business trip had in Moscow. Property has good location and rooms are ok for 4*. Breakfast is very good, but in the bar that working 24 hours near lobby, didn’t feel very welcomed. Looks like employees there are not taking good care of guests, or don’t care about guests. Every time we wanted to order smth, we had to come to the bar or call with voice the person from bar, otherwise he is passing and not looking even to you. After you made order, you may wait for tea 15-20 min, when actually it’s just a matter of putting water in the kettle/cup. The rest is fine in hotel: cleaning, reception is reacting very fast to all requests, trying to find the best solution if you have any problem.
