The hotel is conveniently located near a major metro station Paveletskaya and just a block away from a tram stop on the line running to the city centre. We had a standard room which felt smallish, but the shower+toilet was spacious and well-lit, so there was no claustrophobic impression at all. The bed was comfortable and large enough, with great new bedlinen, the tiny fridge accommodated the snacks and cream that we bought at a nearby supermarket, and our neighbours seemed decent people incapable of making noise. The only annoyance was the absence of a tea kettle in the room which meant trips to the communal heater rather a long way away but thankfully on the same floor. We also hated the tiny bedside tables although I guess they come with tiny rooms. Our room was clean and free of odours. Breakfast coffee is to be commended, and we were especially grateful to the hotel staff for extending our stay a couple of hours without pay.

As always very good location for my duty trips to Moscow! Clean and comfortable room and bed! During my vacation everything was upon to standards. Staff are professionals, food is tasty^ breakfast okay

Business trip. Denied check-in, since the duty manager seemed to make up her own migration laws. Finally accepted to check-in after a full hour of hassle. Really bad. And the next day power outage for hours on end. The evacuation stairs are without emergency light, which is very unsafe & supposedly a breach of the law.

We are sorry you had such uncomfortable issues during your last visit but I shall note that my colleague's actions were justified within the framework of Russian legislation. We follow all the rules of the migration policy with special seriousness, and sometimes we need more time to consider individual cases. Indeed, in connection with the accident at the city power plant, the hotel's electricity and water supply were cut off. However, we can assure you that the entire hotel team was maximally involved in eliminating the consequences, as well as in building communication with guests, providing all the necessary assistance to them in navigation and all emerging issues, making every effort to restore the hotel's activities as quickly as possible, with full understanding and attention to the difficult situation of each guest. The hotel team is sincerely worried about the incident, and very much hopes for your understanding in connection with the extreme situation as well as for your return. As USUAL very good location for my duty trips to Moscow! Clean and comfortable room and bed! Unable to understand of online-check-in and online check-out??? no separate line/officer?! You have to sign same papers as w/o this "fast" procedures?! You have to wait for printing out the bill...(((

Dear F0minagen, Thank you for your review and comments regarding slow check-in procedures. Unfortunately in Russia we have very strict migration law and we are obliged to copy and scan your passport including every page in order to send it to migration officer. Therefore the c/I process could take longer than in other countries. Please accept our apologies. As for the c/o - here you can only drop your key in a special box and then you receive your docs by e-mail.
