Great location, awesome staff

During our week stay, great location, the best part was the considerate and helpful staff. Suartoma took great care of us. I cant have milk and when I asked him for a milk alternative not only did he get soy milk that morning for breakfast, he made sure I had it for the rest of our stay. Suardi and Nitha were very attentive to our needs and requests. Breakfast was really good with a variety of options. My husband really enjoyed the made to order omelets. Our room was clean and comfortable, in line with the facility as a whole. Overall, the entire staff made us feel like VIPs. we will make it a point to say here when we return.

Great hotel, Great prices, appreciate the staff assistance with everything, specially the breakfast staff, Mr.Suartma,nitha, Seni, they are always there to help and assist with your request, they remember your preferences too. I extended my stay for two more nights just because I enjoyed the place. I recommend this for people who love the beach and at the same time want to be near the life of the city. 10/10

The staff is exceptional going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay . Specifically, Suartama, Nitha, and Seni who went out of their way ensuring this. For example, not all inclusive, with out prompt offered and explained the traditional drinks as well as coordination of a work space in the hotel restaurant during my stay. The anticipation of my needs reassured booking here was the right decision. I can not speak highly enough of the attentiveness provided all around.
