I highly recommend this place in Birmingham, located right in the heart of underground bars and clubs. Despite its central location, it surprisingly offers a quiet and peaceful environment. During my stay, I met some wonderful people, each with their unique stories. The lady at the reception desk (I forgot her name, unfortunately) was exceptional and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The rooms have everything one may need, including a kitchen to prepare meals, and there's also a small tuck shop downstairs with everything you may need. I couldn't have been happier with my stay here.

Amazing and Beautiful accommodation

I have stayed with the Adagio twice now. Honestly, I love it! I am a full-time wheelchair user, and I require an electric hospital bed. The staff were amazing with me. The normal bed was moved to the side, the rooms are spotless and shiny. On my first stay, the hotel allowed one of my colleagues to take a look at the size of the room for me, they were just so willing to help. The hotel is extremely close to all the main shops, but not that close it's noisy. It's perfect! I now can't imagine staying anywhere else. My only suggestion to enhance the experience is to allow a complimentary/discounted studio for those requiring a carer. I have to pay for my studio and my carers.

Wonderful home from home!

Fantastic Studio Apartment with everything you could need onsite. Bed was very comfortable and shower was hot and powerful. Staff very friendly and attentive. Kitchen had enough utensils to make simple dishes and ample storage space throughout the whole apartment. Apartment facilities are great, never had the breakfast but always smelt great in a morning. Gym is basic but was perfect for me, though it would be good if you didn't have to get the key from reception everytime. Washing machine facilities on site would be good if you could use contactless cards to pay rather than them being coin operated.

I have stayed here once before 4 years ago and I continue to be impressed. It's great value for money and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable clean and well appointed. It's not a traditional hotel but the better for it, especially for longer stays where the cooking facilities and access to a washing machine are especially useful. It's well located for Birmingham New Street, The Bullring and central Birmingham. Recommended

Stayed here again while visiting Crufts for 4 nights. We had a different superior apartment (307) to the one on previous visits & although it is very spacious & had everything we needed I liked the kitchen better in the one we had last year so we will request our old one (320) when coming next year. Staff as always welcoming & friendly. There really is no better place to stay while in Birmingham. Thankyou for another great stay
