Very good service especially Nan at the club lounge and elise as manager lots of fun and happy smiles, happy to help and have a good time. Pool access rooms are awesome and well worth it. Very secure resort security is on the ball soon as you come through the gate. Awesome stay highly recommend

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel, within walking distance to Patong beach. It started with the warm welcome and efficient checkin. The staff apologized not being able to upgrade us as the hotel was full. But we had a comfortable room anyways - bright, with all the amenities. We were surprised later in the evening when the staff from reception invited us for their seafood buffet dinner (I guess because room upgrade was not available). We thought it was a great gesture and example of customer focus. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide spread for all tastes. We checked out with the same lady who had checked us in and she remembered to ask why we were leaving early as we had requested late check out! Another example of customer care and attention! Overall a great stay and thank you to the staff especially the lady at the reception, for their care and hospitality.

Good rooms, dark with curtains closed, comfortable bed and pillows. Rooms cleaned daily. Fantastic buffet breakfast! Swim up bar is also a winner! Spa on site for the ladies and gents. Room service is great also. Concierge and bellhop make checking in and checking out easy. Also try the cake and coffee/tea in the Cafe! Gym available with Thai boxing sessions available also. Thai people are just so lovely! Evening entertainment in the craft beer lounge and U is lovely and makes amazing cocktails! Thank you, U 🙏

The best part of this hotel is it's location along with the staff. Very polite and humble people all around who make sure your stay is amazing. We stayed here for 5 days and had a good time. The breakfast spread is good with many options. The rooms are big enough to relax with all the amenities one can ask for. We would love to come back again.
