Small room but kept very neat. It was smelling nice so full marks on that. Comfortable bed where you will have a peaceful sleep. This is ideal for business class people so if you coming with family of 4 then this might be small. Don’t know if there is any bigger room Staff greeted me well at the arrival, so thank you very much on that. This hotel is heart of the city. Nearby to the shopping street of MG road. 5 min walk to MG road station.

Iam also stay Ibis Chennai.so iam continue to stay Ibis .👍..Iam very comfortable stay Kerala Ibis..and Sujith from housekeeping it's good.he is very friendly and helpful. My trip is wonderla. Ni8 Ibis hotel stay is very relaxed. Very good response

Great service at ibis hotel. Right from hospitality to good food and special mention to Ashwadhy for taking care of special requirements. Nice stay, comfortable and delightful. We got here just for a day but the entire experience in the 24 hours was made amazing for us.

Rooms were clean, corridors were clean, restaurant had a good ambiance, staff was helpful, Deepu especially was caring and helpful

Great experience! Special thanks to our staff Aswathy, Vivek, Satyu, Deepu and Joshan for excellent service ! You guys r amazing Rooms were clean .. Receptionists were extremely helpful and housekeeping was done on time .. Would like to stay here during my next trips
