Dona will receive 5 stars for the best place and attend in Mercury Padang west sumatra!! The food was amazing and she was brilliant and so kindly with us from Brazil…. Me and my friend will gonto mentawaii islands to surf and enjoy the beat waves in the world

I have done some staycations with my family here. Always got excellent experience with helpfull hotel crew and nice hospitality. Will always recommend this hotel to other colleagues. Keep a good work and always do some improvements for better experience.

I really enjoy to chit-chat with friend in Mercure. The hotel served good ala carte menu for lunch and the taste of coffee is also good. The service is the best, food is good and the staff are friendly, especially Irwan. He is really helpful. Last but not least, I also enjoy the mocktail. Will be back again with some friends
