Housekeeping cleaning very nice. I am very happy housekeeping services appreciate for cleaning , bed and room was very comfortable , bathroom neet n and clean. I am repeated in novotel hotel , specially thanks for deepender ans ram mohan form housekeeping ,he always halping me .

I was so disappointed at the experience I had with this hotel. 1. Downgrading the room without any compensation: I booked a room with a standard king room. When I checked-in, the man told me that I would be assigned with twin bed room and offered no compensation. 2. No welcome drink: I am with gold status for Accor, which is eligible for the welcome drink, but I could not get any drink on check-in. 3. long queue for the check-in I arrived at 11.00pm, and there is a long queue for check-in. It took so much time for each person to check-in, which I cannot understand considering the check-in process itself is sort of the routine process. 4. the phone in the room was not well furnished: The phone line itself is connected, but the phone receiver was broken so that I cannot hear any voice from it. 5. loud noise at night: From the ground floor, I hear a loud noise with a loud base beat from the ground floor every night, which is quite annoying during the night time. 6. Room cleaning was not done: I turned the signal of room cleaning on while i was in my room working, but no one knocked at the door and changed towels and water bottles till I asked to the front desk at 5.00pm. 7. No replay back to my greetings: Every time I see the cleaners or other workers in the corridor, I greeted them, but never greeted back from them, which is bad on their hospitalities. 8. check-out service was terrible: On the payment I asked to split the bill, but the man offered me 1 invoice, saying that they can offer only one invoice. Also, when he tried to put the invoice into the envelope, he tore the envelope side and saying he could not put the invoice well, which is quite irritating. It was a worst experience that I have ever had. I will not be visiting this place again.

First of all I would like to thank the Novotel team for making our Anniversary a memorable and beautiful experience and a very special thanks to Ms.Ayushi, Mr.Santosh, Mr. Gorunga, Mr.Shamer, Mr. Shivam. You guys are amazing and thank you for turning our Anniversary into a unforgettable beautiful moment.we had an excellent experience in Novotel and the way you guys arranged everything including decorating the room, flowers and cake was really exceptional and you made us felt like home and I couldn’t thank you enough for the wonderful surprises you guys had given us. So once again thank you to the team and big thanks Ms. Ayushi without you nothing would have been possible and I would love stay in Novotel again in the future and till than keep up the amazing work and we will surely see you guys again in the future. Thanking you,

I recently stayed at the hotel and had an exceptional experience. The service was impeccable, and I particularly want to commend one staff member from housekeeping ‘Gajendra Kumar’ who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and friendliness truly made my visit memorable. Highly recommend this hotel!

Room service is very good and hospitality is very nice. House keeping and room cleaning is good and it's very comfortable..Sanjeev and Ram mohan from house keeping very helpful. I will prefer here for staying purpose in future. Hotel staff is very attentive.
