The experience was too good and the front team has been very cooperative and especially K Jyothirmayi made sure the team had a very comfortable and smooth stay at the hotel . The team was very excited about the entire experience at the hotel , simply excellent .

Very nice view of the ocean from our allotted room i.e 304. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Really luxury experience...buffet had lots of options but food taste could be better...running track in the rooftop...clean pool with jacuzzy

Hotel is in the center and convenient to any area , Front office staff are friendly and welcoming....... Enjoyed our stay and food. Exclusively, I love swimming pool. Jyothi, guest relation recieved with good mannered. Excellent hospitality.

We have booked group booking .. group checkin were handled so smooth without any confusion. Everyone served welcome drinks . Front office and GR team are well receiving. Room view is excellent . All the services are great . Ms. Jyothi taken well care of our needs and requirements. Kudos to all the Novotel team .
