Great place for families with kids with good location. A lot of space, nice pool area and everything is thought about the little ones. Service level top notch, attentive to details.

Distasteful and unprofessional

I don't like to write negative reviews but felt compelled to provide a genuine insight into this hotel which prides itself on excellent customer service. I felt like a number as opposed to being treated like a guest. There is a distinct smell in the rooms which is nauseating. I did raise this and they tried to rectify the issue but it was lingering. The food was disgusting and was not fresh. I could not bring myself to eat it not my child. The Director of the rooms was utterly unprofessional in her interactions with guests and staff. I think she needs to be provided with training on customer service and etiquette. It is a global hotel and the standards should be high. I must say that the location is fantastic but this should not lure you here unless you are comfortable with low standards. I do hope that you look into the areas of recommendation.
