Peaceful Stay in Moscow

I stayed here a lot but first time commenting. Right at the center of Arbat, a great place. All time smiling staff. Breakfast may be improved. The rooms are super silent. Coffee machines in the rooms.

This is a perfect little chain hotel in Moscow. The staff are incredibly friendly, polite and really happy to speak great English. Everything is done quickly; check in, I requested to use the gym and was quickly given the key. The gym is small but clean and perfect for a quick workout. The rooms are very comfortable, for future trips to Moscow these guys are my go to. When rescheduling my booking at the last minute they were very accommodating.

Eventhough it is my first day spent at this hotel, i liked everything this place has to offer: great location, comfortable room, very satisfying food and all this for a reasonable price. I must add that the booking with agoda was very convenient and easy. Thank u Mercure team! U make my stay in Moscow even more pleasant :)

Excellent location and great rooms Metro close by Well furnished clean rooms Nice view Great value Delayed room service Staff not provide service expected of 4 star international chain hotel. We asked for help with the luggage and they refused.
