Staff of the hotel is very friendly. Room was fine, and there were almost calm to sleep. The breakfast was not that nice, to be honest, but I found at least a porridge for me. I would stay here next time most probably.

Upon arrival , we felt expected and were made to feel welcome by the reception staff - specifically Michelle who was most attentive and helpful during our stay as were all staff. Even when busy, the reception staff always seemed to find the time to greet guests as we walked past. Good value rooms. The best breakfast experienced in 5 different hotels ( 4 Accor ) on our recent travels in Russia. Stayed here for 4 nights. Not only did this hotel meet our expectations – it exceeded our expectations !

Good chain of hotels with good standards. The place was clean and breakfast was good in general. No problem if you ask us to recommend it. We stayed only one night here during our tour of the Golden Ring.

Terrible to get Wifi acces

First you have to bring in your phone number and registrate, than you have to agree with their terms and they promise to send you an sms. I'm still waiting ... in vain. Please don't promise people free wifi if you dont. 😈

Isle of civilization in the middle of the old Russian city

Usual Ibis which confirm worldwide network standards. Polite and helpful staff. Just breakfast had poor choices and breakfast zone was really overcrowded. Parking is free but without guard and some cars were parked terribly.
