We are truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you faced during your stay, particularly regarding the refrigerator amenities which are an essential part of our service offering. Although our kitchenettes are equipped with refrigerators, as mentioned in our amenities, we regret any misunderstanding regarding the freezer compartment which in our studios we do not have. Our team is committed to providing caring assistance to all our guests, especially those with medical needs, and it saddens us that we did not meet your expectations in this instance as we did finally find an adapted solution for you. We regret any additional stress this may have caused you. Ultimately, we are relieved a solution was found for storing your ice pack, yet we understand the experience leading up to it was far from satisfactory. Dear Gerald, Thank you for sharing feedback about your recent stay. We are glad to hear that you found our location convenient, as we strive to provide our guests with easy access to the city's main attractions and transport options. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We understand your concerns regarding the bathtub height and will take your feedback into consideration. As for the bathroom sink drainage issue, we encourage our guests to report any maintenance concerns to our 24-hour reception, so we can address them promptly. Regarding the towel policy, we offer additional towels at a small fee, and our cleaning service is provided every 8 days. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated to you. We also appreciate your feedback on the bed's sharp edges and will look into this matter to ensure the comfort and safety of our guests. We do not have suites in our hotel but have two types of appartments: our studios for two people and our appartments for 4 people. Again thank you and it would be a pleasure to welcome you again.
