Although the decor of the hotel is dark, atmospheric and quite theatrical, our room was huge, clean & comfortable. The staff were very friendly and warm especially the wait staff. We would like to single out Khun Bank and his team for their great service.

The service staff at the Muse Hotel is very courteous, friendly and always with a smile. The breakfast buffet is extremely extensive and, above all, varied. Something new is added every day and there is a wide selection of Asian and European dishes. The beds are very comfortable and nothing is missing. Special thanks to Mr. Bank, Mr. Talay, Ms. Paky and Mr. Karky from the service who attended our Family including our 11 months old daughter extraordinarily well.

Great hotel, room, location & staff! Especially, Mr A - he always went above and beyond to help us out with baggage, information about the area, taxis, and always had such a friendly and wholesome personality. So, thank you Mr A for making our stay in Bangkok that much better!

Just stayed 5 nights in this beautiful hotel. Could not fault it. Such a quirky place love the furniture and Decor but the best part were the staff. Friendly and helpful.the breakfast staff were lovely and the concierge very helpful. Thanks for a delightful staff.

Amazing hotel great vibes, the best personal experience I had was with a gentleman staff member named “A”. His special way of greeting guests with such charisma and fantastic attitude it made the experience much more personal . Was great to just chat with him as I went about my business in the hotel . People want to be treated well and A makes sure you are . I’ll be back .
