Devjani and Shajil are good at their work. The rooms are clean and fresh and seems new after every day cleaning . A veryy good team headed by Shanmugmi . Stay at Novotel has been a good experience for me and my family. Recommend Novotel for Official and private experience.

the hotel stay was very good and the staff members Devajani and Bobby had made work was remarkable and outstanding, we are happy with there service, very clean and neet will visit the hotel again in future. I would suggest the novotel is best for visit.

Great service & really nice housekeeping staff especially Devajani & Subharaman the room was kept very clean & tidy. I would recommend this is a nice to stay at. I was here for six days & was treated well. Also a special thank you to Santosh on reception who has been very helpful.

The room was properly updated, big thanks to Ms. Devajani. Every thing was in order, bathroom was clean, bed sheets were in good shape, and the stuffs were well updated. She helped in getting the lamp fixed, she was friendly and provided a beautiful sense of hospitality.
