We had a lovely time in this hotel recently. We are a family of 3 with a little boy of 6. We all enjoyed using the pool and had a great (of not a little pricy) vegan breakfast. We are there in the evening a couple of times and the food was great. The hotel is down the road from South Ealing Station on the Piccadilly Line. It’s about 15 mins walk. Really easy to get into London. We would recommend it.

Clean but in need of some improvements

The hotel was easy to find, and looked good. On arriving we were a little early so nipped to the bar for a drink. £16 for a wine and two d cokes. Checked in and as I had my sons with me 16 & 14 I needed a sofa bed which wasn’t ready. The sheets had suspect stains. I went to reception and they advised the cleaners would be in to sort asap. They did and that was fine. The toilet was unstable and the television didn’t work. On advising reception about the tv I was told the engineers were aware. However it affected our stay and we weren’t offered any discounts or offers or different rooms. Other than that the breakfast was excellent and the hotel was clean. The boys enjoyed the use of the pool and gym. We were a 5-10 min walk from Brentford station where there was a direct train to waterloo. Perfect.

This is the friendliest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The welcome from Georgie and her colleagues was amazing! The staff go out of their way to make sure YOU feel happy and content. Great family stay

We stayed here for two nights in March. We requested a specific type of room which was not ready when we checked in. To be fair, we were offered a different room, but we said we would rather wait. Sam at reception was really friendly and kept us updated about when our room would be ready. We really appreciated our room request being accommodated, which made a big difference to our stay. Our room was spacious and in really good condition for the age of the hotel. Tea and coffee were provided and there was also a mini fridge. Lots of storage space for clothes, including a proper wardrobe. Even if the hotel is situated next to the A4/M4 we didn’t hear the roads at all. Our child enjoyed using the swimming pool (you need to book a slot on the day at reception, but we had no problems getting a slot. Towels are provided and there are handy lockers which are free to use. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend for families.

My recent stay at the hotel was fantastic. Couldnt fault anything. The check in process was smooth and hassle free. The reception staff was very friendly and smiling faces everywhere. Had dinner in the restaurant food was very tasty , overall hotel was very clean and well maintained rooms were clean and comfortable.Will definitely return.
