We had a wonderful stay here. Everything is top quality. Excellent and kind service, very accommodating. Amazing food, especially the room service. The beds exceptionally large and very comfortable. The rooms are very modern and clean. NUXE bathroom products, my favorite. We had an incredible panorama view of the city from our room. 10/10 highly recommend staying here and will stay again next time we are in Casablanca!

Good breakfast but construction

Nice breakfast buffet and the waiters Camara and Hassan are fantastic. There is construction on the east side so ask for a room on the other side. I asked to move but they just moved me to a higher floor where the noise was less but still annoying. The front desk is surprisingly unhelpful.

Room design is attractive, well thought out and very comfortable! Views of city & mosque captures the Moroccan flavour beautifully. I have stayed in some nice places but I would give this a six star rating! Buffet breakfast is superb with a large variety of food choices including a chef on call to make that perfect omelette. The staff are friendly and very happy to help, including the provision of table service. Highly recommend this Hotel for location, comfort, design excellence and culinary expertise.

I don’t think I’ve ever been this disappointed in a hotel before. Coming from Sofitel Agadir, since I generally love and choose the Sofitel brand, this was a disaster. I used one of my SNU’s to an upgrade to the Opera Suite. This was nothing like on the pictures. The room was old, dated, damaged with broken locks and most of all dirty. Smudges in all objects, yellow toilets, ripped curtains, smudged bed linnen, cigarette burns in the tub, flies in the toilet, countless listed amenitites that were not available, etcetera. After 1.5 hours they finally moved me to another room. This suite was at least 30m2 smaller than the latter, but mostly important it was just as dated and damaged as the other suite. They were in no way accomodating resolutions; every effort came from me. After all, it took 3 hours of my time (exploring Casablanca) and the concierge saying ‘Well thats not a problem since there is nothing to do during Ramadan’. I think thats up to me to decide. As they had no other solutions left, my only solution was to leave the hotel. They didn’t even offer downgraded clean rooms, also denying there were any other better suites while the hotel inventory showed there were. To my surprise it was not possible to refund me fully after their lack of offering whats booked. Finally, after speaking the non-empathic manager on duty, they refunded the amount + SNU. All in all, I come in a Sofitel quite frequently, and this one has disappointed me the most and is not brand-worthy. I do not think the refund is sufficient as they wasted 3 hours of our precious time by moving so slow.

The staff at this hotel are the highlight - they ate true gems. From Bencharki (waiter) to Aisha (Mesmen station) to Sarah (omlette station) to Mehdi (restaurant manager/breakfast entrance) - they are incredible. Super helpful, very friendly, always trying to make sure our needs are met. Thank you so much. The rooms were also beautiful, spacious, & well equipped. Room service, reception, & the cleaning team were all brilliant. Thank you for making our first trip to Morocco and our stay @ Sofitel so memorable!
