Housekeeping staff:- misanti have been really good and up to the mark. Water bottles were given us extra, Extra towels were given Staff was available, when called Hotel staff are also helpful concierge team is also helpful and up to the mark

Good experience staying in novotel. House cleaning are great and on time. Rooms were maintained properly with nice odour. Bed was made properly and there was a art with towel in my room which was really awesome Thank you team house keeping.and the food is really delicious.

Overnighter as has early flight next day. Got there early enough to enjoy some fantastic food at the bar. Wampyn served us and she was lovely. I enjoyed my salt n chilli prawns that I ordered 2 portions. Beer on draft was really nice also. Great hotel and staff were nice. Highly recommend

The cleaning crew was great. The room was tidied up in time. The crew head shanti ensured that the amenities were stocked up. Rest the ambience was great. Water bottles are unlimited so thats great as well. Laundry was also done timely. Overall a great Experience

Vipin and Furqhan were amazing at hospitality and support They helped us get a room in a quick way and were very pleasant to talk to ! So was moizuddin. Rooms were nice Loved the water bottles and the shower ! Thank you
