Ibis Al Rigga offers a cozy retreat with excellent customer service and a prime location. Throughout my stay, I found the hotel to be convenient and comfortable, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. I love the warmth and the hospitality of the staff and their professionalism of Ms. Kristel to assist made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's prime location. It’s near the airport and the metro station where you can easily roam around and see the beauty of Dubai. I highly recommend this place for your next visit in UAE and of course for your next staycation.

Neat and clean hotel and very close to metro and airports.and hotel have very good foods in breakfast buffet in lounge cafe area and nice bar.and family hotel.and during my stay some staff they help and assist me well I mentioned names specially Sushil and mubashir from the reception and Alisher from security thanks to all again and insha'Allah I will come back soon.

ممتازة جداً من الاستقبال إلي نظافة الغرف ولكن هناك مشكلة الحشرات عندما تجلس في الكوفي وهناك اناس ياتون من خارج الفندق يعملوا اجتتماعاتهم ويتسببوا بزحمة من غير مايطلبوا أي شئ وبعضهم يحضر معاه ماء وقهوة أو شاهي من خارج الفندق ويحجزوا طاولات وكراسي من غير مايستفيد الفندق منهم . اشكر الاستاذ المحترم مانويل الاستقبال ممتازينوخلوقين وعلي راسهم الأخ رمضان وسيد وصراحة لا أتذكر اسمائهم جميعاً ولكن لهم كل الشكر والتقدير والمطاعم ممتازين وعلي راسهم الصيف عماد المحترم ومنهم Nicanor وجميعهم ممتازين ولكن لا أتذكر اسمائهم وهناك Eranda و Sumanth ومحمد
