Stay in Jakarta Mercure Simatupang for a Business Trip Purpose. The location is good, its just in a walking distance from Poin square and Mrt lebak bulus. The Food service, is okay. They used Premium Tea, Dilmah as a complimentary in room and meeting room. Which is good. The things that i dont like is a Lighting in room and at the restaurant. Especially in a Room, the lighting is too dark even I've turn On all the Lamp. I can't barely working in My room :(

Super cozy and friendly!

Super cozy place for one night stay to continue my long trip back from Senegal, was overslept of course, I like the interrior which gives the Betawi ambiance. The staff are helpful and friendly. Robbi helped to store my baggage during checkout because the next flight schedule is at night so I can go out to have a bit of enjoy Jakarta!

Friendly reception staff, quite comfortable hote

Handling of wrong bookings is followed up swiftly. Thank you Ms. Hillery. Room is adequate, ask for toiletaries by telephone which is also handled quickly. Close to Lebak Bulus MRT station, easy to reach and reasonable prices. If I may suggest, please repair the corner of the bathroom and the liquid soap pump. The TV also had a bad picture, I fixed the cable myself and then it was worth to watching. Please pay more attention to the little things so that it can be perfect.

Good Hotel can be Better

The hotel is located near my office at South Quarters, located at the south part of Jakarta, the room is quite average, stay here couple times, and i find it the room need to be upgraded as it quite run down on some part of the room like the floor, the toilet door. Overall, is qute nice place to stay and sleep, bed is ok, not to soft for me. Food on breakfast is quite ok.
