Excellent Hospitality from the staff at Novotel

Although i only stayed the night, the hotel staff/manager ensured that my stay was pleasant. Upon checking in the sofa bed was a bit dirty and i was moved to a different room immedietley. The staff provided us with a complimentary fruit bowl and breakfast (suhoor) which we didnt have on our booking. Granted this was in ramadan and the selection of food wasnt vast but it was a great gesture nonetheless. a 10min walk gets you into Mall of the Emirates so a great location with lots nearby.

Mix feelings about it , most of staff are helpful , location is great and price is worthed . I got exellent service from Manager Mina and house keeping counselor Osman who was very kind and polite , at the opposite a got a bad experience from Supervisor Koll who couldn't do what had promise to go assist me with getting a pass for my room to replace my defective one and he disappeared while a was with 2 toddler and also reception agent Nichad had a verily moderate customer service. In General it was ok !

comfortable stay

room - 521 good points the best part - we were upgraded to family suite from the regular suite that we had booked. 1. room is large & comfortable. 2. breakfast spread is good. 3. 10mins walking distance from mashreq metro station & 15mins walking distance from mall of emirates. 4. very polite & courteous staff. 5. not so good points 1. room over looks the adjoining hotel. 2. though the breakfast spread is good but its the same most of the days. so you run out of options if you staying for long. 3. the pool is not heated (atleast for asians temperature requirement) since its on the terrace, it gets colder with the breeze blowing. even after several request they could not get the heater working which was The Major Bummer. 4. the shower cubicle in the room is tad bit small, so Plus size guest will have challenges in the space :) keep up the good work team novotel. thank you for making our stay so pleasant & comfortable. cheers

Brilliant location , right next to the mall of emirates ... great team, super warm and friendly staff

The overall experience was absolutely fantastic . From the house keeping staff, to the restaurant staff where we used to have breakfast , the security personnel and also the swimming pool staff and also the ppl at the reception. We were received by the staff at the reception in an enthusiastic way every time . Felt like home honestly . Super spacious rooms and a very supportive team made our stay very memorable . A special mention to Mr Hatem who always was there for us and tried to do everything he could To fulfill all our demands. He was awesome . Mr Nyinyi from the reception was very sweet tooo and so also Mr Ajay . Chef Rakesh made fantastic omelettes every morning, honestly the best I have had so far. Miss Reena from security team was very good too and took good care of our kids when they would move around all by themselves . Thanks guys for a great experience!!!!

Pros - Excellent service and very polite staff .. special shout out for Maryam , Ajay the restaurant manager and the staff at the breakfast counter location - nice places around to eat with options for different cuisines Cleanliness Staff was always willing to accommodate all requests A family suite is a very good idea for a family of 4, make sure you have a packed itinerary since there is nothing to do in the hotel Cons Nothing to do for children apart from a PS 5 installed in the lobby area .. TV channels are very limited Breakfast was absolutely the same for all 7 days that we were there .. pls add some variety to the same Very small shower area Thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable
