Where to start? No warm welcome, no smile. Nothing. Receptionist barely spoke English which was extremely frustrating after a long train journey and to have to repeat everything I said to them. Dirty. No, wait. Absolutely filthy. The bar area unkempt. The shower had hairs in it, water marks all over bathroom, a poop in the toilet. Madness. Duvet cover not fitting properly. One extra tiny pillow so 3 in total for 2 people - hilarious. That led to a terrible sleep and when complained, the blond assistant manager or whatever she was, said it was the way the rooms were designed (??!!!?!?!?!!!). So, to review. Dirty, sh*t service, expensive for what it is, crap bed, empty shower gel, noisy and general utter *ollocks! 102 quid for the worst hotel stay of my life and I travel a lot for work. Get yourselves to Travelodge.

Bathrooms are a small pod in the corner with no soundproof or fan. Literally you are taking a piss in the room (almost). Shower worked well. It was clean at least. at 8 AM, yea you heard that right, A BIG FKN DRILL starts working from several floors. You dont stay in a hotel, its a construction site. Curtains were weird. Room cards didnt work for like 4 times, we had to go down to lobby. Honestly, if you are having a construction, CLOSE THE HOTEL. no one wants to wake up next to a driller 8 am in the morning. Also beds are terrible. Sorry not sorry but this place needs to shut down.

Lovely cosy night stay, great location, close to temple meads, and quiet night in, the staff where amazing, anis and sabrina at the bar where friendly and approachable and lovely to talk to and about the area, will definitely be visiting this hotel again

No soundproofing There is no socket next to bed Couldn't open curtains do to offices opposite The staff were fantastic The room was very hot so couldn't sleep very well. Couldn't get the air-conditioning to put out cold air. Bed very comfortable No smart tv The shower was good Room slightly tired Had a pizza was nice

Had a couple of rooms for us and friends on 10th of February. Ended up using one of them for less than 3 hours as I was taken ill and had to go To hospital we explained to the person on the desk how unwell I was and was there anyway of a partial refund or even moving the room to another date to be told no we don’t do that. Such a lack empathy towards customers they could see I was unwell as my friends even had to carry our bags back to the car. I completely understand your running a business but just a token gesture would have gone along way. As a business owner myself my customer service means everything and I would do everything I could to make sure my customers are happy even in the circumstances. Wouldn’t book again
