Very unsatisfactory stay. Smells smoke, room cleanliness is a big factor. staff unfriendly. Rate discrepancy, had to check out early I had made reservations for two nights. Director of Guest services had no clue what he is talking and front office agent kept us waiting at the front desk for 40 minutes. Missed our morning session of conference @ Novotel, hyderabad.

My stay was very good at ibis Hyderabad. I would like to thanks f&b team for their hospitality. They have very good options for vegetarians . I want to specially thanks to chef shardha and kheem for making very delicious food for me. Room dining price was also very affordable as per standard . Thanks ibis team for giving me very good staying experience.

the hotel environmental is good and the staff also good and helpful.. the service guys are doing well and quick service.
