Great Hotel, great vacation

Dodyk, Yefta and Ruwan made a great Job! We had nice talks about culture, work, life experience and whatever you think about. Was really good! Everybody in the hotel was very friendly, for every question a good answer. Thats the point, why I came a second time. Absolute advisement to go.

I would love to return to this hotel

Everything was great! Special thanks for cleaning the rooms to Bhandart Mangur!The reception worked very quickly even when there was a hurricane and they were not up to our trifling requests. One of the disadvantages is that there was not enough animal protein food for breakfast: steaks, chicken, fish. I do sports and it was important to me.

This is to appreciate and thank your entire team for a lovely Iftar Party that we hosted for our company at Maui Restaurant. Your entire team starting from Michelle, Jason helped us in getting our entire booking and menu sorted and they were readily available and eager to help no matter how many times I called, and answered all the queries and always had positive reply. They had a very friendly approach and the most important thing is they gave beautiful suggestions all throughout and that actually made us feel that we belonged there. And then on the day of the event which was the Friday 5th April your entire F&B team special mention to (Mohit (ARM), Atul, Akshay, Sugita, Rajeshwar and Daya) ensured everything was absolutely smooth and left no stones unturned and ensured our entire team had a great time and there was not a single person who complained about food or even service for that matter of fact, everything was just perfect in fact beyond perfect. And lastly would like to thank your entire culinary department for the lovely food, mouth watering dishes and beautiful presentation. It was an evening filled with joy for our entire team and we will never forget the beautiful evening altogether put up by your’e entire team, and any event coming up in future be rest assured you guys will be our only choice. Being from the hospitality industry and knowing the in and out of it I totally understand the importance of keeping your guests happy and that’s what exactly your entire team did. Please make sure it reaches to the right people so that they get recognized for their hard work, and anything else you require from my end please let me know would be very happy to do the same as  that is the minimal that we can do from our side.

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful vacation at an amazing hotel, largely thanks to the attentive staff who took care of us. I would like to thank Ajith and Han in particular, who were always attentive and helpful. They ensured we had an excellent atmosphere and provided impeccable service during our breakfast and dinner. Another thank to all those chefs that prepared all the delicious meals which we enjoyed and provided also some lactose and gluten free options. Everything in the hotel and its surrounding was top noch including rooms, the beach, gardens and wonderful lobby despite the big storm that hit Dubai, the staff managed the situation perfectly with full commitment . We are looking forward to come back for our vacation again in the future and we surely choose this hotel.

Buffet breakfast was a great add on and had some very helpful staff including waqas from Pakistan who was extremely attentive during our meal. Huge selection of food, clean venue and attentive staff. Highly enjoyable and definitely recommend.
