Fantastic stay at Sofitel the palm. Everyone who works in this hotel is highly trained and the service is exceptional special mention to the moana restaurant staff and the staff by the pool sorting beds and serving food and drinks. Sampson in particular who when my wife and young baby couldn’t find a space he made sure they found somewhere comfortable to sit out of the sun, very professional and caring guy. Highly recommended for family’s. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would like to say thank you to Jowali who’s really a great ambassador of Sofitel, check -in was good considering is a busy period however we had to wait 45 min to get the crib to our room which is very disappointing from a 5 stars hotel, kids club staff were so friendly. Sea food restaurant was not good enough so slow on service food very limited for Half board guest but the Asian restaurant was perfect on term of food and service together- overall it’s a nice hotel

Huge kudos to Salam from reception/guest relations. He made our stay more convenient and exceptional by ensuring that we got the right room and explaining all the hotel amenities. Additionally, he took the time to present us with all activities around the hotel and made sure to frequently check on us. An amazing team player, he really made our stay at Sofitel great. Without him, it wouldn’t be the same. Thank you, Salam!

My experience At Sofitel the palm was amazing.. Waqas was really nice and helpful during my stay at sofitel for the breakfast place. The variety of the breakfast options is great. I am sure will be coming back to this hotel again. Thank you Waqas

Great resort for a family holiday - beach pool and great food

We had an excellent stay at the Sofitel in the Palm for Easter. We’ve visited before as a family and were happy to see many familiar faces in the wonderful staffing team and the same level of delicious food. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which gave us access to the Premier Lounge where the staff could not have looked after us better. The facilities at the Sofitel are perfect for young families, lots of pools, huge beach and a kids club meant our two children were always entertained. Note, during busy times (school holidays, weekends etc) the “prime” sunbeds around the pools can get taken early in the day but there are plenty of beds on the beach. Special mention to the housekeeping team Bhandari and Manuka who kept our suite incredibly clean and tidy. Also the Premier lounge team were so welcoming and attentive, special mention to Jia who looked after us each day, my son in particular loved the kind attention. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!
