Amazing hotel, booked on very short notice and it saved our holiday! Food was amazing, Laguna beach restaurant was top tier. Massive hotel room and amazing staff. Would totally recommend an all inclusive here. Shishir had our room cleaned and turned down amazingly

My fourth time at this hotel. The service by everyone is fantastic, everyone goes above and beyond for you here. Shanshank at the reception desk was fantastic, thank you! The location is one of the best on the Palm as you can walk to the Aquaventure in Atlantis too.

We returned to the Sofitel for 5th time and enjoyed our home away from home. Rooms are large comfortable and well appointed with lovely views over the Palm looking back towards the city. Very kind and helpful staff including Jowali who was a superstar helping me switch rooms and went above and beyond, Arun by the pool at Moana restaurant, Franco the lifeguard who treated my daughter, Esomchi from Housekeeping who kept our room neat and stocked with chocolate and flowers, thank you! We appreciate the staff so much including the Amura Kids Club ladies, my daughter enjoyed it there and they kept us both safe during the storm! I live for my daily flat whites at Oliviers served by the lovely Janine, Meera, Anna and others. We also had mani-pedis at Zaki salon with Apreal, Lily and Liza. It's nice to see familiar faces each time we return. The resort is maintained to a high standard with clean pools, gorgeous gardens and a great gym. Well done Sofitel the Palm we will see you again soon!
