The staff could not have been more helpful, and they do so with a genuine smile on their face. There also appears to be the correct number of staff, meaning the minimum of hanging around for guests. I will return to this hotel at a later date based purely on these attributes. The breakfast was another welcome surprise; it was the right temperature and of good quality. You may have to wait five minutes for the next batch, but it beats the usual bulk, low quality offerings at other such hotels.

This is my go to hotel for work trips and also family trips when coming to Edinburgh. Fantastic front desk team Including Alex, zander and Richard plus all the ladies who are wonderful. I get a welcome back greeting and it’s excellent all round. The restaurant / bar staff are great too. Breakfast is amazing and the evening meals are very nice too. It’s brilliant having a new gym and re-done pool. The air con is superb also. Definitely recommend.

Love this place. Have stayed several times now. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and it's a fab location in Edinburgh. Will be back again.

My wife and I stayed at the Novotel Edinburgh park on the 18th and 19th of April First mention for the reception staff who were on top of their game both friendly and extremely efficient, booking in was faultless our room was ready for us early as we were going to an afternoon show in Edinburgh Restaurant was good value and once again the friendliness of the staff was an added bonus, nothing was too much trouble The swimming pool,sauna and steam room were an added bonus Room was spotless and again the staff made every effort to fulfill our needs for extra coffee etc Would we use this hotel again? Most certainly, the staff were exemplary and the Tram into the city centre a 3 minute stroll from the reception

Our needs were well met at this modern, functional hotel

This hotel met our needs adequately. There was parking on site and a tram into the centre of Edinburgh a stone's throw away. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were all particularly excellent. They were friendly and helpful and their general manner was so very good. We were there for six nights and so we had plenty of time to form an opinion of the hotel. Whilst modern and not characterful, the staff, the service, the food, the room, the leisure facilities and the ease of getting to the city centre were all excellent.
