My establishment was very lucky to have such an excellent employees including the country mates from Sri Lanka, in particular Wageesha.He has been outstanding and his customer service is truly remarkable. “I recently stayed at the Ibis Deira City Center Hotel and inadvertently left big amount of cash in my room upon checking out. Upon realizing my mistake, I contacted the hotel, and the head of security, who was exceptionally courteous and professional, promptly confirmed that my money had been found. After verifying my identity, they graciously arranged for a trusted friend to collect the funds on my behalf. I am immensely grateful for their honesty, integrity, and outstanding service. This experience truly exemplifies the exceptional standards of the Dubai Ibis hotel, and I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and reliability.”

This hotel is conjoined with Novotel. Received excellent service from the staff, and they're really friendly. Cleanliness 4/5. Across the street is a mall where you can just walk if you need to buy something. Beautiful place to stay and budget friendly. Dipesh did a good job with room service/cleaning the room.
