Disappointing stay

Disappointing. Room potentially very nice but lots of maintenance needed, for example blocked sink, shower fittings falling off. Breakfast very expensive, worked out at £10/slice of toast and chef clearly didn't know how to make toast. External work not an issue

Lakshmisree was absolutely wonderful. Wow Novotel for having the best staff member who care so very much about customers and colleagues - Lakshmisree was so very attentive and passionate about the drinks being served, our interests and we didn’t want to leave the bar as we could talk to her all night. Excellent hotel, staff are amazing here helpful, friendly and attentive, hotel is clean, products of a high standard in room, bar & service excellent, restaurant beautiful, food amazing, staff excellent, breakfast was outstanding! all round excellent experience

Great hotel right next to Paddington station

Super nice service and delicious breakfast buffet. The beds were super comfy and had a great view. Super close to food and Paddington station. Nice and quiet. Had a nice garden on my walk up to the hotel entrance. Overall this was a super pleasant stay and great for when jet lagged because it close to Paddington station and can check in early for a little bit more Money.

The hotel is located at a vey convenient and accessible location making it the best choice to stay. The staff there extremely friendly and nice special mention to Mr Ihjas and Miss Alexandra who very ver friend and accommodative of all our requests. The pillows were super fluffy and room was very nicely done the mini bar and espresso machine fully stocked. I would definitely choose this hotel for all my further stats in London. There is a wonderful restaurant in house and also multiple options to explore with in 100 Mts distance. There a couple of cherry blossom trees giving u wonderful views. The fitness center is super amazing with the pool and sauna
