Thanks to Mr Nimesh Pandav ji , Rachita Sood & Sharddha Shinde. They were all amazing people. I stayed there with my brother and sofitel, which made us very comfortable . Very nice service and beautiful rooms. We did enjoy morning breakfast every day, and the service was excellent .

Mumbai BKC one of the greatest hotel I have ever seen though it's Accor brand ....and it's basically located at main BKC business Hub...The ambiance, rooms , amenities and all support stuffs are excellent.... Specifically the lady Tanishka helped me a lot in terms of each and every aspect what I am looking to have into the hotel premises...Also the dedication she is having towards her each and every customer is just fantabulous...I am extremely happy with the approaches with Tanishka and acknowledged all my concerns and sorted out things with utmost priority...I am just Happy to have this hotel during business trip at Mumbai BKC..... Will recommend each and everyone to have this at least once if things want to turn on.. Thanks Mumbai BKC Thanks Tanishka For your lovely gesture.

Our stay at the Sofitel BKC was excellent. Superb service from Shubham and Tanmoy at the Pondicherry Cafe. Our floor service team ofJayesh and Prathamesh were extremely polite and did a splendid job of. We were well looked after. The reception / welcoming team of Simon, & Ashish were excellent. they made our stay at the Sofitel a pleasure and a memorable experience

Breakfast was fantastic. Excellent service from Inas. Cheese omlette is delicious. A lot of variety. Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Very good shower. And best of all the air conditioning is amazing.
