Nice hotel for business people

The hotel is relatively old, but I like the lobby and the room which are spacious. The location is also serene, which makes a good hotel to rest for the evening. It's a good hotel for business people since there are plenty of area in the lobby to carry on business discussion.

Was pleasantly impressed with this hotel, definately not a 5 star and just scrapes a four star but overall i was happy. The hotel staff are all very friendly, and the food i ordered to the room was always very nice. The room was clean and housekeeping always keen to help or assist. The beds are comfortable and large. The only downsides that i encountered and hence losing a star in my opinion was down to the lack of proper hot water in the room, and the swimming pool was not cleaned in the week i was there, looked rather dirty so i gave it a miss. The hotel is also not situated in the nicest area of town, so i didnt venture out much.

Very bad hotel and room is ugky with very Aging towels , this was note Representative accorr hotel , i was a platinum member , hundreed times stay in the accor hotel, the front desk Sony was not helpful , the food that i orderred was not sending to my room but they asked me to picik th up….bed smell etc

The hotel is just next to Ibis Balikpapan. There is a big meeting hall on the lobby floor. National meetings in Balikpapan are usually held here. Beberapa furniture di kamar sepertinya perlu perbaikan. But overall pelayanan di kamar excellent. Breakfast is another nice moment. No further comment, just come, stay and enjoy the yummy meal.
