Overall this hotel offers excellent value for money. 5 min walk from Victory Monument BTS station which allows you access to all major tourist areas. Staff are friendly and efficient. Stayed on executive floor and staff at the executive lounge very professional and efficient. Drinks and food selection one of the best I have come across for Accor hotels in Bangkok.

Extradinary service all the way. Welcoming lobby. Contemporary design. Comfortable yet modern. Spacious rooms. Enjoyed the lounge service on 20th floor. Big thanks to Music whom helped me with my little shoes accident. Exceptional service from the heart. Great breakfast selection from healthy western to asian and local selection. Comfortable seating. Great location next to king Power dutyfree . Lots of eateries stall at the top floor. Theres free shuttle to airport daily if you are a hotel guest. Convenient. 10mins walk from BTS if you need. Exit 4.

The Pullman King Power is a great hotel. For us the location was excellent. It is NOT in the more seedy areas or busy areas. It is surrounded by restaurants and bars frequented by local Thais from what we could tell. Handy to BTS and the airport rail link. It is part of the King Power lux store which is a bit odd. When the store is closed approaching the place on foot is a bit awkward from either side. The bed was super comfortable. The room was a good size but might be heading for an update in the next few years. Nothing that should put people off though. The pool area is well shaded and an oasis in the middle of the day. Breakfast was extensive. The staff were attentive and friendly. Credit to them and the Management for making our stay so special.

Returned to the hotel after numerous pre-pandemic stays.. and wow, it still has not disappointed! The service is amazing throughout the hotel (a special shout out to Nat at reception!), the smell, the vibe, absolutely stunning! It's in a fab location, close to the airport link and the MRT with numerous restaurants and bars around. The pool is fantastic and I can't think of a time I wouldn't be staying there again when back in BKK!

Great service on check in and assistance with luggage. Amazing breakfast spread. Good food in the lounge for dinner. Large classic rooms. Daily treats in rooms. Housekeeping is good. Good location to trains, taxis and Tuk Tuk. Friendly staff. Adjacent to the high end King Power mall.
