This is my nth time staying in Sofitel and while some would say that the place is dated, the warmth hospitality makes this hotel a great place to stay. Special thanks to Club Millesime for providing excellent service that is consistent beyond measure. Check in is hassle free and they always remember you and makes you feel at home. These people you make Sofitel truly A GEM IN THE CITY - Aly, Richelle, Jaq, Janette, Luxe, Jackie, Joyce, Friscian, Catherine, and Mark. I have lost two items and they have been returned. Recommending this, and Accor Plus, to everyone.

Will come back to visit Whiskers! 😻

had the most wonderful stay at the Sofitel Manila it all started when i had to check in late and Robyn at the check in counter not only helped me out but went out of her way to grant my request for 2 separate beds for me and my sister! Early morning had us enjoying the breakfast buffet and Esme serving us and attending to our every need. and the best part was Whiskers!!!!! i loved seeing all the stray cats being taken care of by Joel and Beth! enjoyed my stay immensely and looking forward to our next!

This was my first stay at the Sofitel Hotel, and despite its age, the rooms are well-preserved and maintained. The staff were courteous and accommodating. The food at Spiral was plentiful and delicious, offering a wide variety. They also graciously accommodated our request for a late check-out.

Our stay was beyond our expectation. It was my husband's birthday & I only ask their receptionist Pauline to have a happy birthday greeting plate for our dinner to be given to my husband. To our suprise we were upgraded instead to an Imperial Suite. My husband was so happy because we have never experience this kind of customer service to any of our previous staycation. We are cat rescuers as well, we were touched to have found out that Sofitel has a sanctuary that rescues and takes care of stray cats. I have not seen a 5 star hotel who has this much compassion for animals. I hope that other hotels would do the same and be kind to less fortunate animals. We will definitely recommend Sofitel to our family and friends. Kudos to Pauline for going above & beyond to make my husband's birthday extra special. God bless Sofitel.
