Had a great time here spent 1 week, the staff are great like Mehdi and others. All the help i needed was provided and the location was really good, can get into center of medina within 10-15 mins witg a bus just round the corner. Restaurant is great and the prices are good.

The rooms are very poorly designed. It feels like you are entering a train compartment. The rooms have nothing apart from a bed and a bath/toilet. No glasses no water bottles no TV and no consumables in the room. Not even shampoo or a set of glasses to drink water!! One of the worst IBIS I have travelled to in the world. A strict AVOID for all.

تعامل جدا راقي من قبل اموظفين الاستقبال وأولهم الاخ جواد استقبال في الليل وصباحا فاطمة الزهراء . وموظفات تنظيف الغرف جدا مرتبين وامينيين لم افقد اي شي في الغرفه من اغراضي الخاصه والنظافه على مستوى عالي لكن ملاحظه وحده هي التكيييف دون المستوى يرجى انتباه للملاحظه وشكرا لتعاملكم الراقي

The TV didn't work and it was from the nineties anyway. The room could do with some refurbishment especially in the bathroom. The room wasn't very clean and we had to wipe down some of the surfaces ourselves including in the bathroom. We initially got a room facing the motorway and we might as well have been sleeping outside due to the noise. We asked to be moved to a non smoking room - BIG MISTAKE - Yes we were moved but not only were we moved to another smoking permitted room, but the room was facing the pool. I've never been bitten by so many mosquitoes in my life. I've had to seek medical attention following my holiday. The reality of the room became clearer in the morning. There were marks of dead mosquitoes everywhere implying that previous guests had spent time getting rid of mosquitoes just to get some sleep. The toilet flushing unit wasn't working properly. I would not recommend this hotel and other reviews about insufficient serving spoons in the dining room and the poor level of cleanliness are true.

Never ever come to this HOTEL eventho you are a Platinum Accor

This is really a very unpleasant experience especially with me having platinum accor status, really no benefits whatsoever, no upgrades, breakfast, etc. Only one advantage welcome drink. In the room is not provided drinking water, and bath amenities. Yesterday's lights went out and I called many times but the technician didn't come and finally came but he misinterpreted the lights and the AC, so when I waited he didn't come until I called again when he was repairing he made a mess more like breaking the lights even the glass was still in floor, and that's not all, early in the morning, in my room there was no power in the socket, I called many times but the technician didn't come, my cellphone battery was almost dying and when it finally came but it didn't look like technician and he said to wait until it was I waited 1 and a half hours but the person didn't come, and what's worse is now the phone is dead even though it was fine before, and I went to reception with all the problems, and the reception was very unfriendly, instead of solving the problem and asking people to go there immediately he actually challenged I. really accor, my experience staying in one of your hotels was VERY VERY BAD
