Great location, comfortable rooms and plenty of amenities offered

Had two recent stays there and both went smooth. You can't beat the hotel for convenience to the airport - the shuttle to and from run regularly and no calls or reservations were required. Check-in took longer than expected each time between there being a line, them having got photocopy your passport, etc. The rooms are spacious. Internet was plenty fast for working. My main complaint is that the bed each time was very soft, to the point I woke up sore. Pillows and comforter were good, though. There was no iron or ironing board in the room, which was a disappointment, though they offer laundry services. The gym was good for a hotel gym with plenty of equipment and even free weights. It was kept really warm, however. The restaurant was better than expected, though no bargain. Between the large menus and language barriers with staff, I wish there was an easier way to order, request checks, etc. Maybe a tablet or paper where you mark off what you want? Overall, a good stay that met my needs for connecting flights. I'd stay again on future trips.

This a good option if needing somewhere between flights. While yes, if you want to nitpick you can find some things need improving. However, this place does the basics well. A good room, good breakfast options and very friendly and helpful staff. The shuttle to and from the airport was easy and convenient. I'd happily stay again if I needed somewhere between flights.

We always stayed here, good connection to the underground of the airport, the room quite outdated. We always stayed here when we had a late midnight flight. Great location and great mini bus service but the buffet breakfast it was less options and the food quite cold and less variety.

The hotel is very old and the HUGE lobby space is unnecessary but the staff were very nice. Although I would recommend the hotel itself, the location is disadvantageous if you want to explore Bangkok. It is VERY FAR from popular malls like MBK, centralwOrld, and ICONSIAM. But if you’re looking for a hotel near Suvarnabhumi Airport, this hotel is perfect.

Visit The Square restaurants, very nice and good food. Special buffet on Saturday and Sunday, lots of variety of food. Personally, I feel this restaurant is in the top 10 in the Suvarnabhumi area. Lovely Restaurant staff Manager OH, Ms ViVi, Mr พายุ, Mr.โยธิน. Thank you for very nice service.
