Staff lovely, Rooms quirky and clean. Breakfast adequate. Definitely use again. Perfect for what we needed. Took a couple day trip to wales. Girls watched Niall Horan last night. Five mins from the venue. We explored the pubs lol. Thank you for having us.

Basic but good location

Overall the stay was fine. The hotel room was clean but could do with some TLC. Loud on a weekend so make sure you bring earplugs. Good location for visiting Cardiff bay and the centre. Staff were friendly and good parking just make sure you pre book and get there early as the car park is small.

Amazing Staff

I moved to Cardiff and stayed there for 3 weeks. The staff was amazing. Super helpful. They made me feel so welcomed everyday and the staff even wrote me a card on my birthday. Thank you Mel, Lubov, Blessing, Meghan, and everyone. U guys are amazing. Great Team

Stayed here while in Cardiff for a concert at the Utilita arena. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, well lit, and as you expect from an ibis budget. Couldn’t hear neighbouring rooms or people in the corridor. Would stay here again if in Cardiff. It’s a short walk to the arena, central train station, and the city centre.

Our expectations were quite low for this hotel as I hadn’t heard great things! but… we were really pleased with the experience, the staff were extremely polite and friendly from our arrival to our departure, going out of their way to help us despite it being a very busy weekend with the 6 nations rugby tournament going on, we even had a little welcome bag with fruit, Crisps, water and chocolate. I couldn’t locate a hair dryer and I’m not sure about it having a car park, but we walked from central train station which is a straight fist walk I’d about 10 minutes,
