An excellent location, nice room, beautiful view, reception staff very friendly,.approchable and helpful,.specially Hatoon. Food was ok, need.some improvement considering other competitors in the same building. Will recommend it.

I’ll give 5 star rating for the location and to the staff who are very helpful & willing to serve us all the time. This includes restaurant, concierge and front office! This was our 2nd time stayed in this lovely hotel and we liked everything but the room is tired:-( even the bathroom is completely outdated and we did not enjoy being there, however due to location we always choose this hotel, as a brand I’ve stayed other Pullman hotels and much better! I hope the management will so something soon… The good news for the staff is yet again I am planning to come back soon and hope to meet the friendly team who’s working very hard to deliver best they can… Our favorite room is located at the top floor with view of Haram… another great thing about this hotel is the access to the mall & food court !

Mr. Abu, Mr.Asem & Miss Salwa are very nice person and very helpful at Al Zahwa Restaurant . They very humble, they treat us so great. The food so delicious and the menu is variety. Definitely will come back again. So perfect and excellent services.

Zamzam Parliament Hotel, Mecca, I recommend it to friends and it deserves a repeat and stay. It was the first experience staying there, and God willing, there will be next times. Special thanks to Chef Muhammad Mohi in the lobby restaurant for a varied dinner and suitable for all nationalities. The food was very delicious. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

Excellent HK by Amir & Zahangir. In time house keeping. Supplied all items immediately after demand. Very polite and gentle approaches makes us pleased. Very efficient in making rooms faster clean and satisfying tendencies. Although there are cordial & relationships strength is very good.
