good very nice and house keeping very thorough . the bed are very flyffy even the pillow and in the room there are even table and cooking area so that we can easily pre heat our food inside our room . and of course it is very near to masjid haram . very good

Amir is a best host. Clean well the room he is excellent. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. Rooms were spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained

The pullman hotel is very beautiful. I’m first time stay hare ,there are more staff stay here.staff more helpful ,specially Chef karim Radwan .he give a omlat very nice and pancake .al over i enjoy my bearckfrist. Thanks a lot chef karim Radwan❤️.

Brakefest is so good Pullman zam zam hotel mascara, chef Karim Radwan Omlate is good and breakfast is good.fruits is fresh, bread is tasty, buffet all delicious. The service is amazing, all the crews very friendly and kind help us. Love the chef Karim radwan.
