I am writing this review as an Accor Plus Platinum member. Who should get benefits from my Platinum membership. As a Platinum member I am entitled to get: 1. Free room upgrade (I understand it is subject to room availability). 2. Welcome drink/voucher 3. Condiment 4. Access to hotel’s Executive Lounge Surprisingly, none of these benefits were offered to me during checked in on 10 April 2024. At check-in, I was assisted by Mrs. Vanda. After my wife complained, access to the Executive Launch was granted. I didn't feel convenient to remind hotel staffs about the rights and benefits of being an Accor Plus Platinum member. As host Novotel Mangga Dua should serves and provides benefits according to the guest's membership tier; without the need to be reminded/complained first. My booking code NHBSHLJS. I was staying at room 1752 from 10th to 12th April 2024.

Overall good. The room was clean enough and spacious. The most important thing kamarnya cozy banget sampe males bangun dari kasur. All of the staff were kind and helpfull. Dari mulai proses check in sampai check out. Best pelayanannya mas yoga, mas reza front office👍🏻

Kuddos to all staff who assist me whenever I need help. Stayed for 1 night with the children, everyone have a nice smile and friendly. The food at the restaurant are great and a lot of choices, the breakfast amazingly nice, a little bit crowded but the staff can manage the flow. Special thank to Calvin, keep it up bro!

Good service. I stayed for 2 weeks. It’s very nice cleaning and quickly. And laundry service is also nice. And staffs keep smiling, are very friendly and very kind. And laundry service is also nice. It’s quickly picking up and returned on time.

First visit to Jakarta post covid time , decided to check in Novotel Mangga Dua again . Used to stay here many times before and had good experience . This time is equally pleasant as well The rooms are still in very good conditions even after renovated few years ago. Hotel lobby, Restaurant and Premier Lounge also look fresh and modern . Elite member benefits are well honoured as well.. room Upgrade , Premier lounge access. Late check out are being taken care of Lastly would like to express my appreciation to all the Novotel Mangga Dua crew for being so attentive and flexible during our stay FO Team - Mrs Fika , Farhan for the room arrangements Adenta who check us in is very pleasant and helpful. OIS at front office as well Concierge PAK dadan , Duty Manager Reza Ms Ria Guest experience manager for following up with the stay Made and Adel at the Premier lounge for always refilling our drinks And also house keeping supervisor Adit and his colegue who has been with this property for many years . Glad to see familiar faces again !
