Great Staff and A Nice View

. The staff (receptionist, Agnes) was very helpful. We got a special room which is bigger than what we reserved, she upgraded our room from suite room to pelangi suite. This is a memorable surprise for us. . The room has a great view, especially during the night. On the right side is the city view, while we can still see the ocean from the window.

the views and panoramic views are beautiful, the service is good and satisfying, the food is delicious, the facilities are plentiful and very good, there is a shuttle to international class rides and luxury rides with mas Retno Milla Eko Dodi

Services are superb and the staffs are very helpful and welcome, especially mas Retno. The quality of foods are very tasty. The accessibility to the beach and others are very easy. Definitely will come back here next time for family staycation. Well done!

a hotel with complete children's facilities and staff who are very friendly like family, a complete indoor and outdoor play area with various activities for children without having to leave the hotel... thank you to Mrs. Gusnar, Ka Ester Mr. Juana, and mr.
