Hotel terbaik di daerah jakut menurutnya. Family friendly. Banyak kids facilities dan activities di weekend. Shoutout to Mbak Fitria and Guest Relation team who arranged our kid birthday at the day. Dapet tulisan HBD di mirror dan cupcakes. Seru banget!

Our 2nd visit to Mercure Convention Center Ancol was awsome and memorable. Great hospitality from their staff; Setiyadi, Bunga, Wina, Ferry from Restaurant and Nelayan bar, Ira & Dwi from Front office also Gusnar from Mimokids. Big thanks for their warm welcome...will be back again.

I really appreciate with the staff that help us to early check in, Ms. Rahma the recepsionist, because me and my kids need to put our baggage and we can rest early also. Thank you for your help, see you next holiday, we will come back again…………..

. The staff (receptionist, Agnes) was very helpful. We got a special room which is bigger than what we reserved, she upgraded our room from suite room to pelangi suite. This is a memorable surprise for us. . The room has a great view, especially during the night. On the right side is the city view, while we can still see the ocean from the window.
