Marissa and Alexandra at reception were really helpful when checking in and made sure we had the best stay possible, thank you! Room was also big and clean and overall we really enjoyed our stay at Novotel Reading. We will be back!

Staff are great - nothing is too much trouble. As a rule I’ll always choose a Novotel and have always enjoyed the facilities here at Reading - only complaint is how warm the rooms are and that there is no ability to adjust this at all…

Arrived having booked via Booking.com and prepaid, only to find out I had stupidly booked the wrong date and therefore there was no reservation for me. The front desk staff, Marissa, Toni and Raquel were amazing in sorting my error out for me, getting me a room and getting me booked in. They were true angels and I wish all front desk staff were like they were.

Marissa was incredibly friendly and helpful. She assisted me with all my requests and explained everything in detail. Such a pleasure after a very long flight ✈️ The hotel is Conveniently located and the room is comfortable with all the needed items.
