The Pullman is an excellent place to stay while visiting or working in Stuttgart. The check in staff was very friendly and accommodating. I arrived early and I was given bar vouchers to use while I waited for my room. Housekeeping was sent up right away to unlock and open my window. My room was clean and well kept. Every member of staff I passed greeted me and asked if I needed anything. The restaurant and chef staff were the best of the staff. I am gluten free and they made every accommodation for me to eat safe, healthy, and delicious food while I was staying at Pullman. The breakfast/lunch packs they made for me were the best I have ever had from a hotel and far above the standard. Get the breakfast while you're here! They have real honeycombs and it is amazing! Special mention to Astrid who surely deserves a promotion for her hard work and dedication.

Business hotel with great location

It is a business hotel that does very well. The renovated lobby and restaurant provide a top not experience. The staff were well trained to help with any issue. LOCATION is the selling point here. It is located on so many bus, train, taxi routes. My business was in the area and it was safe and easy to accomplish my tasks. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I would not hesitate to come back.

What a nice and warm hotel. Spent there two nights. Air conditioning and heating were super. Really warm room at ninth floor. Spa area was great. Swimming pool (in a swim suit) and separate area with sauna, jacuzzi and steam room (nudity area). Outside there was also a Finnish sauna with good heat. The instructions in the spa area could have been clearer, but we got help from other guests. Breakfast was really good. There was a railway station beside the hotel. It took 25 minutes to the city center.

Bring your thermals... the rooms are freezing.

This is one of my favourite hotels in Stuttgart, but despite it's renovations, it's really going downhill. First the good news. After years (count 'em... YEARS) of the spa area being "out of order", it's finally working again now. They didn't have any towels left when I visited, but at least it's all operational. However. I stayed for two nights in November 2023, and had two awful nights of sleep. On the first night, I actually got out bed at 1am to check if my window had been left open, as it was so cold in the room. There is an air conditioner/heating dial, it was up at 28'c, and it did nothing, except make some noise. It was only on my final morning at the hotel that I realised that, even when the air conditioning was turned off, it had been quietly letting cold air into the room, all night long. I did report this to the reception, that my room 702, was cold... but I later overheard two Swiss couples talking, and their rooms (on the 5th and 6th floors) had exactly the same issue. They said "it's not worth complaining about it, as its just bad construction, the windows let cold air in". They hadn't checked if it was coming in from their air conditioners. Long story short, great hotel, but bring thermals. I'll be shocked if I don't get flu, after this 2-night visit.

This place is kind of stuck in the 70's. They still have ashtrays (unused) in the elevators. Overall - I give it a C+. I was surprised that they blocked 50 euro a day in case I used something or bought something at the bar. Then they blocked the cash my room. When I checked out, they charged my card again. Both times they needed my physical card - to be beeped with card readers that barely work- A real surprise for me. The best part about the hotel was breakfast and duvet for the bed - both fantastic. The staff are generally nice and the restaurant dinner was good. Although they have no policy to not change towels everyday - which I almost expect to be standard in this day and age.
