This hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Impeccable service, all needed amenities, and a prime location made my stay truly exceptional. The attention to detail and comfort showcased the commitment to guest satisfaction. Especially the F&B Manager Mr. Mehmet Yasin Kizik was very attentive. Highly recommend for a memorable experience and thanks to Mr. Gür the General Manager.

I stayed at this hotel during our orchestra tour and would like to highly recommend the restaurant - the owner was extremely friendly and hospitable and the food was very good. Saved our day and created a great experience! If you need a friendly place with good food, I recommend!

The reception staff were fantastic, they checked us in early at 8am and gave our son an activity pack which he loved. The room was clean and modern, however, there was no mini bar fridge. As silver Accor members we received free drink vouchers but the bar was closed at 8pm when we returned back to the hotel. The location is good, next to a shopping centre and 15mins walk to train station.

Would never stay here again

Definitely not a 4 star hotel, not even 3. Rooms very small, all the same size (apparently). No fridge, only if you upgrade to a privileged room, (same size, but costs more) do you get a fridge. No replenished coffee facilities, even had to go ask for towels and toilet paper because the cleaners didn't leave any. Front desk, cold reception from staff and not even a 'good morning' or 'good evening' terrible. The only thing that was good was the lovely man at the bar, his service was amazing, he deserves to work in a higher class hotel.

Very impressed with this hotel. I’ve stayed in quite a few of the Accor chain hotel and this one is no different. I arrived mid morning and was able to leave my suitcase at the hotel before my room became available. Check in was a quick process and my room was ready early. The room itself is a good size and has everything you need for a short stay. I was staying 3 nights. The bar / restaurant does have a limited menu selection however this quality of the food is excellent and good portion size, that reflect the price. I had the chicken salad and a pizza both very good. The gentleman in the bar / restaurant in the evening was excellent always greeted you with a smile and polite. The only issue I had during my stay was at one point my key to the room stopped but a quick call in at reception and this was sorted within seconds. The location of the hotel is in a good pace close to the U-Bahn stops and a shopping centre. Would definitely recommend to anybody who is thinking of a short trip / stay.
