I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff is extremely attentive. I especially highlight the staff of the restaurant where the breakfast buffet is served. It feels clean, cozy, pleasant, fresh. Only positive impressions.

I had a great service and the people over there are very friendly, welcoming and nice to chat with! Big shoutout to Nouran for a lovely bouquet and Fezhat as being the most heartwarming concierge who made my life a lot easier in Cairo and who made me laugh quite a bit! Will remember that for sure!

Good Experience Stay with Sofitel Cairo

Overall my friend and I had a good experience stay with Sofitel Cairo Nile El Gezirah. The staffs were professionals and polite. Breakfast was so delicious and variety! I would recommend this hotel to my friends!

Sofitel Cairo - My favourite hotel

This hotel is lovely. I keep going back whenever I'm in Cairo and haves stayed there several times in the last few years. The hotel amenities are superb. The views of the Nile from the pool and lounge bar are amazing. The staff are professional, friendly and mostly genuinely enthusiastic in everything they do. The accommodation is very comfortable and tastefully furnished. I always select accomodation with panoramic views of the Nile. And the food is great. I have to quickly mention the fantastic Yasmin in Guest Relations. She does an amazing job. And does it with professionalism and good humour. Thank you Yasmin :)
