Pay attention to rooms if you're not going with your partner. Most of the rooms have only double-size beds and the difference for switching to a twin beds rooms was 130 pounds! (That was only in the beggining of April. After that, the prices have gone even higher.) They provide no face towels! You have to ask for them at the reception. They also don't provide plastic or paper bags in the trash bins. The room is quite small and next to our rooms, I could hear club music running up all night (I don't know where was it coming from.) Not so many chances to get rest. The bathroom door is opening and closing with noise and difficulty. No fridge provided and no shelves or wardrobe for storing the clothes or personsl objects. There's only a small tiny table next to every bed. But I still had to keep my personal belongings in my luggage, under that table.

Malav made me a beautiful negroni in the hotel lobby bar. The music playlist had all of my favorite songs. Bathrooms were clean and very well stocked. Will be coming back on future trips in the shoreditch East London neighbor for years to come!

This ibis in London was great mainly because of their customer service! Teejay and Olha were great and please to work with. They made everything easy and pleasant. Will be coming back when we come to London! The place is also very clean and neat!

Had a very nice time here and the staff was really nice to me. This one staff person called Marina was really nice and helpfull towards me :) The location is really nice and accessable to travel and explore in london. Although the matrass was a little small for me i still had a good nights rest and the breakfast was also really nice.

Not all ibis are the same, this is a really good one

Exceptional staff with Olha being the best of the best, comfortable, quiet rooms, and an excellent breakfast. The room rate wasn't cheap for a midweek stay but certainly lower than other hotels in the area; however the hotel was worth the price. I am a light sleeper but somehow I was put at the very end of the corridor and found the room spacious and very comfortable. There was a useful iron and ironing board, and everything was clean and in good order. Compliments to the house staff on the 6th floor. Breakfast choice was excellent, tables kept clean and no overcrowding.
