We had a couple good nights in the hotel. It has a good location. The hotel is clean and offer coffee and some sweets in the lobby (complimentary). The staff were friendly and helpful. If you don’t ask every day cleaning you can even choose a free soft drink in the bar or extra point on your Accor account that is very green positive.

It is a perfect hotel - big, very cleen, very quiet rooms, nice bathtub, very good tasty breakfast (eggs, rice pudding, fruits, hams, cheeses, meatballs etc), cosy bar room with big piano, nice garden to have a breakfast, air conditioner, close the station.

We stayed for 3 nights with breakfast included and enjoyed this convenient location in Essen. The staff was kind and helpful and spoke excellent English. The room was clean and functional. We enjoyed the German-Style bed with separate comforters. The bathtub is quite deep and it is a bit of a step to enter and exit to take a shower. The breakfast was of high quality and worth the additional cost of the room, being a very typical German breakfast with cold cuts, cheeses, soft-boiled and scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, yogurts, fresh fruit and vegetables, and, of course, many different selections of bread. There is also a self- service coffee and espresso machine, as well as various juices, mineral waters, and teas. The location is close to the U11 Philharmonie station, making it easy to get to the convention center and Hauptbahnhof by subway. There are also a number of excellent restaurants within walking distance. Finally, the excellent Folkwang Museum is just up the street and definitely worth a visit.

I stayed here slmost three hours ob my business trip to Essen. Its a very nice Hotel, very clean. All the workers there sre very outgoing friendly. They even have a candy bar at the reception where i stop every day. Thank you for this. Im excited to come back.

Very cozy place, warm and clean, you’ll appreciate the lobby. The bar is great . Room are comfortable even if I regret there is no shower . Whoever bed very comfortable, room is nice and hot and modern. Parking very good great breakfast in the morning
