Reasonable hotel with helpful receptionists

Cheap & cheerful. Clean room, decent bed. Exactly what you'd expect from an Ibis. Breakfast looked a bit manic . But the reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. There was a small problem with rooms for our party but apparently that was the fault of the booking agents. But the receptionist was able to sort it out . For a hotel receptionist in Paris, he was amazingly helpful !!!

First of all I would like to say, don't believe the lies of all the good reviews. the rooms were absolutely horrendous, when we got there the beds were not made, there was blood in the shower, hair everywhere and an unrecognisable putrid smell everywhere. At breakfast they serve burnt toast no eggs or protein provided and for drinks there was a choice of watery orange juice or warm tap water. The beds were cramped and hallways unclean and unsanitary. I advise you to not stay at this ridiculous ibis budget and report this place for the hygiene issues. Thank you.

Sound stay

Overall, a sound stay. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was also good value for money (at 9 euros per person). Note: no gluten free bread is provided so bring your own. The service was also okay, but we were three people and the bunk bed was not made when we arrived to the room (we had to make it ourselves). Also, we asked for an extra pillow and this was never provided as they stated that the room service went home. Interestingly, when I asked room service directly they said "speak to reception". So, obviously a communication issue there. No kettle in the room, however, it was nice for the hotel to provide a communal microwave so we could heat our own food. A very good supermarket right next door. Overall, a sound stay.

The hotel was terrible in a word. First of all, receptionist was not welcoming at all. The room was not cleaned properly as we saw air vent was full of dust, linen was dirty and soap was not refilled. When we asked for extra towel in the night after coming from outside, reception said, they cannot provide since housekeeping works untill 12pm and they do not accept any request after that. Breakfast was okay. The guy who was there at the breakfast area, was very nice and helpful. I would not recommend such a hotel to stay because it’s not worth it.

The area is relatively quiet. The Metro station is very close. The hotel staff is polite but the hotel is fairly clean but there end the good things. They didn’t change bed sheets the 6 nights we stayed there and they only give you one towel for everything every two days . On Sunday they don’t make the room or give new towels. Also the room is tiny and the bathroom sink is in the room. There is no closet for your clothes.
